- Printer will print to color, image and resolution provided. Printer will not be responsibility for "images " sent in blurry, not color calibrated, low resolution. If customer wishes printer to keep file on hand printer will do so under "Artist Name" Title and Size but will remove any files at customer request, remember, art will then have to go through the calibration and proofing process each time they come in if not kept on file.
- Customer also identifies as the originator or Author of original or has proof of power of attorney from Artist and will be provided at the time of service of said file, image, photograph or painting.
- Printer, will not be held accountable for images under copyright infringement or violations.
- Printer will not censor change or alter said images or paintings with out first talking and confirming said changes.
